At BWSSD Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy.
10-Day Returns
Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accessories included
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used baby milk / formula products
- Baby cereals and consumable food items
- Adult nutrition and health products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
For health and safety reasons, nutrition and food products cannot be returned once opened.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are usually the customer’s responsibility
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost
